1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of navarnika.com (the "site"), operated by Navarnika Strategies LLP, LLPIN ACR-8784, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India ("Navarnika", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information only

The site describes Navarnika and its work in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, an invitation to invest, or investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Navarnika acts solely on its own account. It does not manage, pool or raise funds from third parties, and is not registered as an investment adviser, portfolio manager or alternative investment fund with the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other regulator. References to ventures or holdings are illustrative and do not indicate future performance.

Using the site, or sending us an enquiry, does not create an advisory, fiduciary, partnership or client relationship. Any engagement, including the acquisition of an equity interest, is subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties and to the laws and approvals that apply in each relevant jurisdiction.

3. Enquiries and what you send us

We treat enquiries with care and in confidence as a matter of practice, and we use them only to consider and respond to your approach, in line with our Privacy Policy. However, an enquiry made through the site does not create a binding confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation. Please do not send price-sensitive, highly confidential or third-party confidential information until a non-disclosure agreement has been signed.

You confirm that you are entitled to share what you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your material. You allow us to store, review and share it within Navarnika and with our professional advisers for the purpose of considering your enquiry. We may receive similar ideas from others or develop them independently; receiving your enquiry does not restrict us from doing so.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, design, the Navarnika name, wordmark and n mark, is owned by or licensed to Navarnika and is protected by intellectual property laws. Photographs are used under licence from their owners. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and share links to the site. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use our marks or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, introducing malicious code, scraping it by automated means, submitting false, misleading or unlawful information, or using it in a way that breaches any applicable law.

6. Third-party sites

The site may link to third-party websites and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. No warranties

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties that the site or its content is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navarnika is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Navarnika against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, Singapore's PDPA and the UAE's PDPL. It forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms, and the site, at any time. The version published on the site applies from the date shown.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where local law gives that right.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
